Rule 27
Implementation Monitoring and Evaluation Committee of State Directive Principles, Policies and Responsibilities

(1) According to Article 54 of the Constitution, there will be a joint committee to monitor and evaluate whether the directive principles, policies and obligations of the state have been implemented. There will be a total of fifteen members, including three members of the National Assembly nominated by the President after taking consent. With the consent of the respective house, the members can be changed as needed. (3) When nominating members to the committee according to sub-rule (2), all political parties represented in the federal parliament are represented, including women, Dalits, tribal tribes, Khas Arya, Madheshi, Tharu, Muslims, backward areas. (4) The members of the committee will elect a chairman from among themselves. In the absence of the chairman, the oldest member of the committee in terms of age will preside over the meeting. (5) The term of office of the committee will be for the entire duration of the House of Representatives. If given, (c) if appointed as a minister, (d) changed according to sub-rule (2) and no longer a member.
